I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of creativity and business. After studying cosmetology and earning my business degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, I realized I didn’t just want to build a successful salon. I wanted to create a place where creativity, entrepreneurship, and community could thrive under one roof.

In 2012, that vision became Revel 8.

Since opening our doors, my role has evolved from working full time behind the chair to mentoring artists, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for people to build careers and lives they’re proud of. Watching our team discover their confidence, grow their businesses, and define success on their own terms has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Education has always been at the heart of everything I do. I believe learning never stops, whether it’s mastering a new technique, strengthening leadership skills, or finding better ways to serve our guests. That’s why Revel 8 is committed to bringing world class education, mentorship, and business development to every member of our team.

Today, Revel 8 is more than a salon and spa. It’s a collective of independent artists who believe in creativity, authenticity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional experiences. My goal has never been to create a place where everyone does things the same way. It’s to create a place where people feel supported enough to become exactly who they’re meant to be.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me traveling, gathering people around great food, dreaming up the next big idea, or spending time with my husband, Tony, and our son, Wilder. I find inspiration everywhere, and I love bringing that inspiration home to our team and our guests.

My hope is simple. I want every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, inspired, and more confident than when they arrived. Whether you’re a guest or part of our team, Revel 8 exists to celebrate individuality, encourage growth, and remind people that the most beautiful thing they can be is themselves.

Bethany has a decade of experience creating beautiful hair and specializes in foil work, decade inspired looks, beachy/messy looks and rock ‘n’ roll hair. As a former ballet, modern and jazz dancer, music and movement played a huge part in encouraging Bethany to push boundaries and discover new things.

Bethany has obtained a Vidal Sassoon connection school diploma, color specialist certification, took master color classes with Goldwell, and education courses for both UNITE and Tigi.  She has also studied under Sally Rogerson from London, CEO and founder of S.R. Education.  After being chosen as her assistant through an event, Bethany knew she wanted to be in the “hair industry” from Sally’s passion about the art of hair.

When it comes to her clients, Bethany wants to create an open atmosphere to ensure she’s not only doing what will look the most flattering, but that the unique look will mesh well with the clients life style, career, personality, etc.

In her free time, Bethany loves being outdoors. Camping, hiking, running, yoga, swimming and dancing are a few of her favorites. She has been blessed to visit London, Paris, Scotland, Canada, Mexico, South Africa and Haiti. Bethany spent 4 months in South Africa, and 4 months in Haiti working to help in the water crisis. During this time she gave numerous haircuts to missionaries and people in need, which was the most challenging yet rewarding time of her life.

I’m Hannah ! I graduated from the Academy of Hair Design in 2014 and started my career at Revel8 in 2015. I’ve continued my education with artists from Miami to San Diego to London, and here at home with all of the talented Revel8ors.

My specialties include low maintenance blondes, dimensional natural colors, gray coverage & blending, and I love doing fun vivid pops!

My chair is a safe space where you can be yourself, have fun, and feel beautiful and more confident when you leave.

When I’m not at revel8 I’m traveling, reading, antique shopping, binge watching a good show, dreaming about spooky season and most importantly spending time with my cat Stinky.

As a native Oklahoman, Hannah has always been interested in hair and loved playing with hair all growing up. Hannah graduated from the academy of hair design, along with her sister Bethany, who also works at Revel8.

Hannah makes it a priority to listen very well to clients’ desires and does her best to achieve those goals. Keeping the integrity of the hair is important to her. She does this through detailed consultations, actively listening repeating back what I’ve heard to make sure we’re on the same page. She loves working with all hair types such as curly hair, men’s styles and short woman’s cuts ‘I love making short woman’s hair look feminine’.

When not behind the chair, Hannah enjoys continuing her education. She thinks if you stop learning you stop growing so she developed a love for learning at an early age. She’s taken an advanced cutting course with Sally Rogers Education. Also advanced color courses with Goldwell color. She is certified in Coppola Keratin Treatments.

Hannah specializes in creative up styling for weddings or special events, facial waxing and perms.

Creating gorgeous, tailored looks and teaching clients how to recreate them at home, is Jen’s top priority.

Jen’s ability to enhance natural beauty with free hand balayage and grey blending has made her a valuable advisor on color formulations. She has certifications in advanced color, Brazilian Blowouts, and has specialized training in UNITE & Oribe cutting, styling & finishing techniques.

Jen’s passion is color, but her talent at showcasing an individual’s face shape, sculpting the perfect brow to emphasize their unique beauty, has also made her the resident Revel 8 “brow master.”

A California native, her love of the beauty industry started as a cosmetic counter manager at luxury department stores in Los Angeles. Working with cosmetics exposed Jen to advanced color theory and an in-depth understanding of the form, function & complex, personalized use of cosmetic ingredients.

In 2013, Jen moved to Oklahoma City to attend the Academy of Hair Design. She graduated at the top of her class in 2014 and chose to spend 2 years following a training-intensive, European career path interning with seasoned stylists. She has trained with industry giants such as George Alderetti, Gary Baker, and has served as a key makeup artist to internationally renowned photographer, Josh Welch.

True to the Revel 8 culture, Jen offers uncompromising customer service reflected in every aspect of the client experience as evidenced by her stellar client retention.

Jen connects with her clients on a personal level, with a rare talent to make each person who sits in her chair feel not only warmly welcomed but loved. Jen listens, and considers the personality, and lifestyle of each client when conceptualizing their perfect cut, color and style.

Kayla has been a licensed barber for over eight years. She specializes in both coloring and cutting. Her talents include coloring, custom blending, highlights, lowlights, texture treatments and color correction using Keune coloring system. She is also certified for the application of Hot Headz hair extensions.

She trained under a Goldwell master colorist and attended multiple creative color classes.  Kayla mastered her hair cutting skills by learning and practicing the Tony&Guy cutting method as her base knowledge in barber school. Her extended training with Aveda master stylist, David Gatt, along with full Aveda color knowledge has allowed her versatile cutting and coloring design techniques.

Kayla’s passions and inspirations branch from an intense love of the outdoors, traveling and music. It all inspires her work in the hair industry and at home through cooking, gardening and crafting. She believes everyone has a basic need to create.  To create a feeling of excitement, joy, and self-love to her clients through their hair is the most important and rewarding part of it all.

I’ve been passionate about hair for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the 2000’s, when Y2K and early 90’s-inspired trends were booming, I was endlessly inspired by the creativity and fun of that era. I spent my childhood tagging along to my mom’s hair appointments, experimenting with DIY looks, and—thanks to cheer—mastering the iconic 2000’s “bump.”

That early love for all things hair eventually led me to pursue cosmetology professionally. I studied at Central Oklahoma College, and I’ve now been behind the chair for three years, specializing in lived-in color, dimensional brunettes, and modern, customized haircuts designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty and lifestyle.

My approach is simple: healthy hair, thoughtful techniques, and results that make you feel confident, elevated, and effortlessly yourself. I genuinely love creating dreamy, soft, natural-looking transformations that clients can maintain and love every day—not just on salon day.

Outside the salon, I’m a mom, an outdoors lover, a fashion fan, and a Dr Pepper + coffee girl through and through. Fun fact: growing up, I even cut horses’ hair and did braids for shows… so you could say I’ve been doing hair my whole life, just not always on people!

My chair is a space where you’re heard, cared for, and given hair that feels magical. I can’t wait to bring your hair dreams to life.

I was inspired to become a hairstylist by both of my parents, each in very different ways. My mom cut and styled her own hair (and my dad’s) to save money, showing me that hair could be both practical and transformative. At the same time, growing up immersed in dance and theater sparked my creativity. There was always a character to become, a style to create, or a story to help bring to life.

I attended the Academy of Hair Design in Oklahoma City, where my education was rooted in Vidal Sassoon precision cutting. From the very beginning, I also had the opportunity to learn color from a Goldwell Artist, shaping my approach to creating beautiful, customized color. I later continued my education with The Sonna Brado Method: Foundational Techniques, further refining my expertise in precision cutting, short hair, and advanced layering.

Long before I understood the technical rules, I simply loved creating with hair. That artistic instinct still guides my work today. I enjoy collaborating with each guest to create a look that reflects their personality, complements their lifestyle, and feels effortlessly wearable.

My philosophy is simple: beauty with a point of view. I specialize in precision short cuts, seamless balayage, and modern, fashion-forward color that’s elevated without feeling overdone. Every appointment is a collaboration, and my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, inspired, and more like yourself.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me singing, cooking, decorating, or making art with my husband. Together, we’re raising creative, talented kids in this wonderfully wild world, and I’m excited to begin this next chapter while growing alongside the incredible team at Revel 8.

I am Rachel Baldwin and I was born a hairdresser. My earliest inspirations are of my southern bell granny and the immaculate gowns she made me as a very young child and how she would revel in the delight of styling my hair to Jesus. My mother is the biggest inspiration; she raised me on fashion tv and thrift store shopping. She taught me to stay focused on my dreams and to always strive for greatness, regardless the cost.

I have been cutting, coloring and styling hair for as long as I can remember. Growing up the daughter of a military man and traveling many places in the world has taught me to love culture and diversity.

I’ve always been interested in the tougher hair textures to tame. I’ve found Brazilian Blowout Smoothing treatment to be the best treatment to take away 100% frizz and to soften and smooth unruly textures. I live for color. The spice of culture! Color and texture paired together we can create anything we want. I enjoy all styles of hair color but my preference is low maintenance, naturally accented designs. Balayage color techniques are my specialty.

I am constantly seeking the best continued education that money can buy to provide my clients current, personalized style. I travel continually to bring back my inspirations to my clientele that I love whole heartedly.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Tiara definitely claims Oklahoma as her home. Tiara grew up watching and learning from world-renowned Aesthetician Charlotte Bates of Clinical Care and set out to bring her dreams to reality. Her inspiration is people who not only have dreams of success but also pursue them with such passion that it’s hard to take your eyes off them.

Tiara specializes in Xtreme Eyelash extensions and waxing. She strives to provide the best custom and relaxing service her clients will ever receive. She says, “I want to make everyone as beautiful as I see them! I want them to leave Revel Eight feeling confident and beautiful.”

In her free time, Tiara enjoys doing special FX makeup artistry whenever possible. Spending time with my friends and beautiful family, traveling, writing, and anything that gets my adrenaline pumping!

Born in Oklahoma, Cheridan grew up always loving skincare and the beauty industry and is now a passionate Licensed Esthetician. Although she’s lived in Texas and California her heart was in Oklahoma.

She attended Central Oklahoma College, where she was awarded Outstanding Student of the Year, and then received her license as an Esthetician.

Since beginning her career, Cheridan has continued her education with certifications and plans to keep up with the newest advancements in the industry. Cheridan works with products such as Circadia, Brow Code, Thuya, etc.

She is passionate about meeting clients’ goals and assisting clients with elevating their natural beauty. Providing them with exceptional long-term skincare plans and experience.

Extended services such as  Spray Tans and Lashes to Brows, she will help you take your look to the next level.

Cheridan will listen carefully to your concerns to ensure you receive attentive, detail-oriented services tailored to your individual needs. She will help you determine the best way to address your concerns according to your lifestyle, commitment level, and budget.

When not at Revel Eight, Cheridan loves to spend time with her husband and 2 daughters. They enjoy traveling and visiting family.

Daryenne discovered her passion for nails during her freshman year of high school and has spent the past four years developing her craft. In 2025, she graduated from high school and cosmetology school simultaneously, earning her cosmetology license while already bringing years of hands-on experience to her career.

An old soul with a calm confidence beyond her years, Daryenne has a natural ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable in her chair. She listens closely, communicates thoughtfully and loves collaborating with her clients, combining their ideas with her creativity to bring each vision to life. To Daryenne, art can express feelings and emotions that words sometimes cannot.

Daryenne specializes in natural nail manicures using builder gel and also offers pedicures, acrylic nails and Gel-X extensions. While creating the perfect set and getting every detail just right are important to her, the health of her clients’ natural nails matters just as much. She wants every appointment to feel like an act of self-care and every client to leave feeling confident, cared for and excited about their nail growth journey.

When she isn’t doing nails, Daryenne can usually be found creating something. She loves making stained-glass pieces, collages and little trinkets that allow her to express herself.

Her goal is always to add an extra spark of joy to her clients’ lives, one appointment at a time. Daryenne can’t wait to welcome you into her chair!

A California girl by birth and an Oklahoma girl at heart, Njeri brings creativity, warmth and positive energy to everything she does. Her bright smile and contagious laugh make clients feel at home from the moment they step into the studio.

Njeri specializes in Revel 8 Restore Manicures for natural or damaged nails, hard gel, gel manicures, Aprés Gel-X extensions, toenail reconstruction and custom gel nail art and design. She also offers brow, lip and chin waxing, along with brow and lash tinting.

Inspired by the freedom of art, Njeri believes great design has no rules. She loves discovering new trends, sharing her product knowledge and collaborating with each client to create something uniquely their own. Her goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind experience where every client feels informed, genuinely cared for and part of the Revel 8 family.

When she isn’t creating beautiful nails or handcrafting soaps and scrubs, Njeri enjoys painting in all mediums, fashion, floral design, music, cooking and entertaining, tennis and traveling. Her creativity reaches far beyond the nail table and is woven into everything she does.

Megan is an animal loving, wine drinking nail artist who is passionate about making her clients feel and look beautiful. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and is looking forward to making new friends!

Megan is fascinated in continuing her education to learn new techniques and the latest nail trends. She specializes in gel manis and pedis.

Jandi is a former aesthetician, blogger, and singer who found her passion in salon management and administration after spending years trying to work her love of art and fashion into and around her mundane office jobs.

Having been closely connected to the hair industry through many friends for many years, things slowly but naturally came into focus for her, revealing that she could grow in all the avenues she had always imagined.

You can often here her refer to her position at Revel 8 as her “dream job”, giving her opportunities to use both the right and left sides of her brain every day while working hard and laughing alongside her friends and mingling with clients: creating, organizing, and socializing. She is our Director of Operations for Revel 8 Salon & Spa, Revel 8 on Main and Revel 8 Nail Studio.
