An Oklahoma native and founder of Revel Eight Salon and Spa, Claire has always dreamed of bringing a revolutionary element to Oklahoma’s metro salon/spa scene. She has been fascinated with hair since she was a little girl, which blossomed into the creation, design, and launch of her own exclusive salon and spa. Revel Eight currently thrives in the midst of the renaissance of the trendiest, most “happening” area of OKC—Midtown.
With the success of Revel Eight, Claire began to see a further need in OKC. Currently Claire has taken a step back from behind the chair to grow Revel Eight and its’ portfolio. Revel Eight Grooming & Shave Shop and Revel Eight Nail Studio will be opening in the Historic Main Street Arcade building located in the Film Row/Downtown Historic District in 2017.
A hair designer with over a decade of experience, Claire has studied under many of the top artistic and business educators in the world, she believes education is key and that transcends into every aspect of her business. Her personal priority is to her team, keeping her salon updated and inspired through in-house education—, by consistently providing unique educational opportunities for her staff and offering business tools to support and build her team. She always has an advanced training session on the horizon–either to teach in house, to attend at home or abroad!
Claire’s passion is sparked by her love for people and helping others, with her deep commitment, Claire and Revel Eight provide the greater OKC community with a refreshing experience of reveling in the luxury of being yourself and receiving stellar services that compliment.
In her free time, Claire enjoys traveling and spending time with her multi-talented husband Tony, an artist. The Westlund’s just welcomed their first babe in 2017!

Bethany has a decade of experience creating beautiful hair and specializes in foil work, decade inspired looks, beachy/messy looks and rock ‘n’ roll hair. As a former ballet, modern and jazz dancer, music and movement played a huge part in encouraging Bethany to push boundaries and discover new things.
Bethany has obtained a Vidal Sassoon connection school diploma, color specialist certification, took master color classes with Goldwell, and education courses for both UNITE and Tigi. She has also studied under Sally Rogerson from London, CEO and founder of S.R. Education. After being chosen as her assistant through an event, Bethany knew she wanted to be in the “hair industry” from Sally’s passion about the art of hair.
When it comes to her clients, Bethany wants to create an open atmosphere to ensure she’s not only doing what will look the most flattering, but that the unique look will mesh well with the clients life style, career, personality, etc.
In her free time, Bethany loves being outdoors. Camping, hiking, running, yoga, swimming and dancing are a few of her favorites. She has been blessed to visit London, Paris, Scotland, Canada, Mexico, South Africa and Haiti. Bethany spent 4 months in South Africa, and 4 months in Haiti working to help in the water crisis. During this time she gave numerous haircuts to missionaries and people in need, which was the most challenging yet rewarding time of her life.
Hannah is a passionate young hair artist from Oklahoma City. Her studies range from substance abuse counseling to fashion marketing, but she found that her heart lies in the art of hair design.
She attended The Academy of Hair Design where she graduated with a creatives diploma and went on to receive her license in cosmetology.
Since starting her career at Revel8, Hannah has grown tremendously. She is now Keune, Oribe, and Unite educated, and has received education from some of the best hair artists in the world. Continued education is her top priority, so she pursues every opportunity that she can in order to keep herself growing and to always be able to deliver what her clients are looking for. She believes in educating her clients as well, so that they have all of the tools they need to achieve the look they desire after they leave the salon.
Hannah always spends time consulting with every client before each service to ensure thorough communication and satisfaction. She loves the interaction with her clients and the connection that she makes with each and every one of them. She believes that it is important to not only make her clients look beautiful, but to FEEL beautiful and to build trust and loyalty with them.
Hannah specializes in dimensional, beautiful colors and creating the best shapes for each individual client. Her work has been featured by Keune with some of the top stylists in the country. Her exceptional education has given her the ability to recognize and match the most ideal color for a client’s skin tone, eye color, and personal style. She loves working with color that enhances the client’s natural beauty, but she never passes an opportunity to work with those eye-catching fantasy shades and pastels. The spectrum is endless for Hannah, and she works with her clients as a team to get them where they want to be.
When she’s not with her Revel8 family, Hannah is going on adventures with her dog Buckley, relaxing with her family, or traveling the country for education.
As a native Oklahoman, Hannah has always been interested in hair and loved playing with hair all growing up. Hannah graduated from the academy of hair design, along with her sister Bethany, who also works at Revel8.
Hannah makes it a priority to listen very well to clients’ desires and does her best to achieve those goals. Keeping the integrity of the hair is important to her. She does this through detailed consultations, actively listening repeating back what I’ve heard to make sure we’re on the same page. She loves working with all hair types such as curly hair, men’s styles and short woman’s cuts ‘I love making short woman’s hair look feminine’.
When not behind the chair, Hannah enjoys continuing her education. She thinks if you stop learning you stop growing so she developed a love for learning at an early age. She’s taken an advanced cutting course with Sally Rogers Education. Also advanced color courses with Goldwell color. She is certified in Coppola Keratin Treatments.
Hannah specializes in creative up styling for weddings or special events, facial waxing and perms.
After graduating at the top of her class from The Academy of Hair Design, Jen chose to take a traditionally European approach to beginning her career, and further her training before becoming a full-time stylist. Jen was one of the first stylists to complete Revel 8’s intense internship program, which she not only excelled at, but finished in record time. During her training, Jen had the opportunity to learn side by side with some of the best stylists in the nation. It wasn’t long before senior stylists were trusting Jen with their own clients and even frequently asking her for advice on color formulation.
Choosing to take a nontraditional training route, allowed Jen the opportunity to gain industry knowledge and training that would have taken five to ten years for the average stylist to acquire on their own. Immersing herself in the culture of Revel 8 from the beginning of her career has also given Jen the advantage of understanding the value of uncompromising customer service, which shows in every second of her client interactions.
Jen began her journey into the beauty industry by working in cosmetics. Working as a cosmetics counter manger for over five years at both Macy’s and Nordstrom’s in Southern California, gave Jen the opportunity to learn advanced color theory as well as an in depth understanding of cosmetic ingredients, how and why they are used, and for whom they are best served.
Jen’s training includes, advanced Keune color certification, UNITE cutting and styling techniques, Oribe styling and finishing training, and Brazilian Blowout certification. Jen has traveled all over the United States to train with industry giants such as George Alderetti and Gary Baker. Jen has also had the opportunity to work as key makeup artist with internationally published photographer Josh Welch. She looks forward to even more travel and training in the near future and is always seeking to better herself and her craft in order to bring her clients the latest and greatest that the fashion and beauty industry have to offer.
Jen is Revel 8’s resident “brow master”. Many of the stylists at Revel 8 seek out appointments with Jen for brow shaping because of her ability showcase each individual’s face shape, sculpting the perfect brow to emphasize that person’s unique beauty.
Hair color is Jen’s passion. She is excited to enhance natural beauty with free hand balayage and grey blending. Creating styles that are effortless, and teaching clients how to achieve “in salon hair” at home is a top priority for Jen.
Jen has a special way of connecting with her clients on a personal level. Making each person who sets in her chair feel welcome and loved is a rare talent that few other stylists are able to achieve in the way that Jen does. Personal style, personality, and lifestyle are all considered when conceptualizing the perfect cut and style for each individual.
Kayla has been a licensed barber for over eight years. She specializes in both coloring and cutting. Her talents include coloring, custom blending, highlights, lowlights, texture treatments and color correction using Keune coloring system. She is also certified for the application of Hot Headz hair extensions.
She trained under a Goldwell master colorist and attended multiple creative color classes. Kayla mastered her hair cutting skills by learning and practicing the Tony&Guy cutting method as her base knowledge in barber school. Her extended training with Aveda master stylist, David Gatt, along with full Aveda color knowledge has allowed her versatile cutting and coloring design techniques.
Kayla’s passions and inspirations branch from an intense love of the outdoors, traveling and music. It all inspires her work in the hair industry and at home through cooking, gardening and crafting. She believes everyone has a basic need to create. To create a feeling of excitement, joy, and self-love to her clients through their hair is the most important and rewarding part of it all.
I am Rachel Baldwin and I was born a hairdresser. My earliest inspirations are of my southern bell granny and the immaculate gowns she made me as a very young child and how she would revel in the delight of styling my hair to Jesus. My mother is the biggest inspiration; she raised me on fashion tv and thrift store shopping. She taught me to stay focused on my dreams and to always strive for greatness, regardless the cost.
I have been cutting, coloring and styling hair for as long as I can remember. Growing up the daughter of a military man and traveling many places in the world has taught me to love culture and diversity.
I’ve always been interested in the tougher hair textures to tame. I’ve found Brazilian Blowout Smoothing treatment to be the best treatment to take away 100% frizz and to soften and smooth unruly textures. I live for color. The spice of culture! Color and texture paired together we can create anything we want. I enjoy all styles of hair color but my preference is low maintenance, naturally accented designs. Balayage color techniques are my specialty.
I am constantly seeking the best continued education that money can buy to provide my clients current, personalized style. I travel continually to bring back my inspirations to my clientele that I love whole heartedly.

Tracey has had a passion for hair, beauty and the fashion industry for most of his life. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2008 he has spent most of his time seeking further education. Tracey strives to stay at the forefront of his field with his knowledge and services.
In order to provide excellent services to his clientele, Tracey specializes in cutting-edge color techniques, balayage definition, custom colors, color corrections, grey reduction, fashion/ modern cut, styling, and special occasion hairdressing. He stays up to date on all the latest trends so that he can give you the look you deserve.
Tracey places a high value on listening to his clients, understanding their needs and sharing his techniques to keep his clients hair integrity the best it will ever be.
Jessica graduated from the Anthony David Platinum Hair Academy and is a Licensed Barber specializing in straight razor shaves, fades, traditional cutting, intricate coloring, and highlighting techniques.
While she was born in Monterrey, Mexico, Jessica has lived in OKC since she was 7 and is bilingual. Growing up, she enjoyed doing hair and makeup for her friends for prom, dances and date nights. She also worked with the Thunder girls for 4 seasons doing their hair and makeup and has worked with the anchors at News 9 as well.
Robin has been a licensed professional massage therapist for over a decade. She moved to Oklahoma City from Chicago to be closer to her family. Her clients included A-list celebrities, professional athletes and hard-working people of all kinds.
Robin is a Clinical Massage Therapist who understands the balance between clinical and relaxation. She is licensed and certified in: Sports, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Pre-natal massage modalities as well as trained and experienced in Hot Stone and Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi.
She has been a massage therapist since 2003 and studied at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Her training has given her the innate ability to find the accurate pressure for your muscle tissue, creating a complete experience. She understands the importance of muscle therapy as well as muscle relaxation, leaving you with the feeling that no muscles have been left unattended.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Tiara definitely claims Oklahoma as her home. Tiara grew up watching and learning from world renowned Aesthetician Charlotte Bates of Clinical Care and set out to bring her dreams to reality. Her inspiration is people that not only have dreams of success but pursue them in such a passion that it’s hard to take your eyes off them.
Tiara specializes in custom facials, Xtreme Eyelash extensions and waxing. She strives to provide the best custom and relaxed facials her clients will ever receive. She says, “I want to make everyone as beautiful as I see them! I want them to leave Revel Eight feeling confident, beautiful and know they have not only an aesthetician that cares about the surface but also about them.”
In her free time, Tiara enjoys doing special FX makeup artistry whenever possible. Spending time with my friends and beautiful family, traveling, writing and anything that gets my adrenaline pumping!
Njeri, a Cali girl by birth, but an Oklahoma girl by heart specializes in gel, acrylic and dip manicures and therapeutic pedicures. She’s the one you will find around the studio smiling and laughing and bringing a positive vibe to our tribe.
Her inspiration is art, which has no rules. As an artist, this is Njeri’s approach to nail design. She’s always discovering new trends and is open to ideas her clients bring her.
In her free time when she isn’t constructing the best soaps and scrubs, Njeri enjoys all mediums of painting, fashion, floral design, music, cooking and entertaining, tennis and traveling.
Megan is an animal loving, wine drinking nail artist who is passionate about making her clients feel and look beautiful. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and is looking forward to making new friends!
Megan is fascinated in continuing her education to learn new techniques and the latest nail trends. She specializes in gel manis and pedis.

Linda loves everything about nails, whether it’s a simple nude mani or a crazy design. She has even been a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor for the past 5 years.
She is a graduate of Imagine Paul Mitchell in Norman, OK and loved it so much she wanted to teach. She teaches all specialties including nails- her favorite! Linda started playing with nails at the age of 14 and never stopped.
When Linda isn’t working, she likes to hang out with her 2 cats and dog.
Keely specializes in unique gel designs like sweater nails, marble, and foil, as well as acrylic sets. She loves staying on top of the latest nail trends and loves learning about new nail designs and techniques.
Keely graduated from Paul Mitchell as a licensed cosmetologist and is originally from Moore, OK. She is the oldest of 8 and loves spending time with family.
When she isn’t working, Keely likes spending time with her husband and also doing hair and makeup on the side.

Jandi is a former aesthetician, blogger, and singer who found her passion in salon management and administration after spending years trying to work her love of art and fashion into and around her mundane office jobs.
Having been closely connected to the hair industry through many friends for many years, things slowly but naturally came into focus for her, revealing that she could grow in all the avenues she had always imagined.
You can often here her refer to her position at Revel 8 as her “dream job”, giving her opportunities to use both the right and left sides of her brain every day while working hard and laughing alongside her friends and mingling with clients: creating, organizing, and socializing. She is our Director of Operations for Revel 8 Salon & Spa, Revel 8 on Main and Revel 8 Nail Studio.
